Media Release - Water-Saving Ready to Use Range Revolutionises Site Stabilisation With No Mixing

Vital Chemical has introduced its Ready to Use (RTU) range, designed to make site stabilisation, dust suppression and erosion control projects simpler, faster, and ready for immediate use on site.

This innovative range eliminates the need for mixing, ensuring a hassle-free application process without compromising on quality.

Paul McMullen, Director of Vital Chemical, said Vital’s Ready to Use range had been specifically formulated to deliver instant results with minimal effort.

“No stand pipes are required, there is no mixing, and there are no dilution errors,” he said.

“You just spray and go. By removing the need to travel to water sources for mixing, you’ll also reduce fuel consumption and save valuable time on-site.”

With RTU products, achieving an instant C factor of 0.1 (equivalent to 80% grass cover) is easier than ever. This means superior erosion control and surface protection from the moment of application. Plus, the convenience of easy handling and transport makes these products ideal for projects of any scale.

The benefits of RTU range at a glance:

  • No mixing required – just spray
  • No stand pipes, no dilution errors
  • Reduced fuel consumption and travel time
  • Instant C factor 0.1 equivalent to 80% grass cover
  • Easy to handle and transport
  • No compromise on quality.

Vital has certain products available in Ready to Use formulation: Vital Bon-Matt P47-VR1; Vital Bon-Matt Stonewall; and Vital Bon-Matt HR.

Vital Bon-Matt P47-VR1 is a broad range dust and erosion control formulation for shorter term stabilisation. It is effective for all erosion and dust control and may also be combined with revegetation products for effective mulch binding.

Vital Bon-Matt Stonewall stabilises dust emitting, erodible and exposed surfaces through its strong binding and flexible properties and is environmentally sound in formulation and effectiveness.

Vital Bon-Matt HR is designed for heaviest trafficked, unsealed road surface applications and other more challenging stabilisation scenarios. Formulated to greatly reduce erodible surfaces by wind, water and traffic, it is a highly effective solution where strong binding and durable surface conditions are required.

Paul McMullen said: “Our Ready to Use range is about efficiency and reliability. We’re seeing real challenges across some sectors in sourcing water onsite at an economical price point. These Ready to Use formulations save time, reduce costs, and deliver consistent results without the complexity of adding water and mixing.

“Whether you’re tackling dust suppression, erosion control, or surface stabilisation, Vital’s RTU range ensures you get the job done efficiently and effectively, every time.”

The Ready to Use range has been added to Vital Chemical’s ISupply Directory connecting sustainable suppliers with projects and assets undertaking the Infrastructure Sustainability Council’s IS Rating Scheme.
