With an extensive background in health science, Letiscia has driven Vital Chemical toward the achievements of sustainable product development, manufacturing and associated services through her passion of environmental chemistry. Over her 17 years as General Manager and Senior Scientist, and more recently as Director at Vital Chemical, Letiscia strives to grow and lead the company under strong quality, environmental and safety compliance whilst re-enforcing Vital Chemical’s Australian owned and operated ethos. Letiscia’s passion for sustainability and her drive to overcome the chemical challenges faced by industry to achieve compliant environmental outcomes, is what inspires her to lead Vital Chemical into a future of innovative science and environmental best practice.

A Director of Vital Chemical and Director and Founder of Vital Environment, Paul has held an executive role within both companies for over 15 years and is a highly regarded leader both within Vital Chemical and among industry peers. Forging the growth of both companies nationally and internationally, Paul has been paramount to the successful business development and direction of the companies to sustainability and sustainable industry practice. Paul’s enthusiasm for embedding sustainability from the ground up comes from his many years of practical experience working on complex and challenging projects throughout Australasia. The environmental challenges which face the construction and mining industry drives Paul and Vital Chemical to be the leaders in innovative and sustainable solutions.

Her deep understanding of Vital Chemical’s operations, combined with a proven track record in financial management, risk mitigation, and strategic planning, has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial position.
