A Director of Vital Chemical and Director and Founder of Vital Environment, Paul has held an executive role within both companies for over 15 years and is a highly regarded leader both within the Vital organisation’s and among industry peers. Forging the growth of both companies nationally and internationally, Paul has been paramount to the successful business development and direction of the companies to sustainability and sustainable industry practice. Paul’s enthusiasm for embedding sustainability from the ground up comes from his many years of practical experience working on complex and challenging projects throughout Australasia. The environmental challenges which face the construction and mining industry drives Paul and Vital to be the leaders in innovative and sustainable solutions.

With an extensive background in health science, Letiscia has driven Vital Chemical toward the achievements of sustainable product development, manufacturing and associated services through her passion of environmental chemistry. Over her 17 years as General Manager and Senior Scientist, and more recently as Director at Vital Chemical, Letiscia strives to grow and lead the company under strong quality, environmental and safety compliance whilst re-enforcing Vital’s Australian owned and operated ethos. Letiscia’s passion for sustainability and her drive to overcome the chemical challenges faced by industry to achieve compliant environmental outcomes, is what inspires her to lead Vital Chemical into a future of innovative science and environmental best practice.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A dedicated and key member of the Vital Chemical team for over 10 years, Mandy plays a pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer. Focused on embedding sustainability and efficiencies across all business functions, Mandy oversees the implementation of marketing strategies, communications, corporate administration, and business development initiatives. Mandy worked closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants on the development of Vital Chemical’s industry first Environmental Product Declarations. The growth of Vital Environment is greatly attributed to Mandy’s contribution through the coordination of environmental training courses and industry educational events. In partnership with the company’s Directors and management team, Mandy strives to drive a culture which reflects Vital Chemical’s values of sustainable and ethical practices.

Ben Hough

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Ben is an experienced and results driven digital sales and growth specialist with over 10 years dedicated to business development, sales strategy and technical support. As Vital’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ben works closely within the Executive Team to identify and create synergies between business growth opportunities and sustainable practices to drive overall company success. Focused on delivering value to our clients, staff and stakeholders, Ben is responsible for implementing operational improvement initiatives and driving strategic commercial processes and projects to accelerate Vital’s growth whilst maintaining a strong focus on sustainable practices.
